Questions Before You Ship

1. What information do you need for a freight quote?

Send us whatever shipment details you currently have — origin, destination, product, quantity, dimensions, weight, and expected ship date. If some information is still missing, that’s okay. We can help you identify what is needed next.

2. Can Cargo Bridge handle the shipment from factory to final delivery?

Yes. We can coordinate supplier pickup in Asia, international air or ocean freight, customs broker coordination, and final delivery in the United States.

3. I’m not sure whether I need air freight, LCL, or FCL. Can you help?

Yes. Send us your shipment size, timing, and destination, and we can help determine which freight option makes the most sense for your cargo.

4. Do I need to already have a customs broker?

No. If you already work with a customs broker, we can coordinate with them. If you do not, we can help connect the shipment into Cargo Bridge’s customs brokerage network.

5. What countries does Cargo Bridge ship from?

Our primary Asia lanes are China, Korea, Vietnam, and Taiwan, with freight moving to destinations throughout the United States.

6. What types of products do you handle?
